Registration is mandatory for all attendants.

Paying a registration fee to register to CILC 2026 grants a complimentary annual membership to GULP.
If you are already a member, please contact the GULP secretariat at emanuele.deangelis@iasi.cnr.it.

The registration fee includes:

• Two lunches (Wednesday and Thursday) and morning/afternoon coffee breaks ☕

• Access to the Welcome Cocktail on Tuesday evening 🍹

• One ticket 🎟️ for the Social Dinner on Wednesday evening (additional tickets are available at 60 EUR each)

At least one author of each paper must pay a senior registration fee.

All attendants are required to complete registration by 10/06/2025.

Accommodation Support for Junior Participants 

The Artificial Intelligence Journal is offering a limited number of free shared accommodations (same-gender rooms) during CILC 2026 for Junior participants. Additionally, depending on budget availability, a partial registration fee waiver may also be granted.  

We particularly welcome requests from Master’s and PhD students.

Interested participants are kindly requested to complete the Google Form by June 2nd.

Junior (Non-faculty members, Ph.D. students, undergraduate students, etc.)

2. Fill in and sign the GULP registration form (includes GDPR consent):

   • DOCX format

3. Fill in the CILC 2026 registration form (Google account required):  

 
You will be asked to:

1. • Specify the type of contribution (junior or senior), check any current memberships you hold (AI*IA, AILA, or ICTCS).

   • Upload a PDF receipt of the bank transfer

   • Upload the signed GULP registration form (PDF format)
